In my experience it would have to be Phentermine aka generic Adipex-P
its a very effective appetite suppresant in which I experienced very little side effects.. some cotton mouth, and mild insomnia
imho the best dosage are the blue 30mg capsules
Depending how close you are to your target weight will determine how quick you drop the pounds.. The further away you are, the quicker you'll lose. -

I do not condone the use of, nor do I use anabolic or androgenic steroids. My participation on these boards is for informational purposes only. I have done extensive research of AAS and enjoy discussing them for role playing enjoyment.

I use a product by VPX. Its called clenbutrx. Its not a pill tho, its a liquid. They sold it at my supplement store even though its been banned. They told me if you still have the product containing ephedra you could sell what they had left so boy did they stock up. I use it now for immediate energy before working out, or before cardio for an added boost. I have tried xenadrine, hydroxycut, and another i can't remember the name but for me this has worked the best. It tastes nasty, but it does the job.
What kind of weight do you need to lose? If you want a fat burner i reccomend that. If it's water weight (which you know you can gain back easily) i heard of taraxatone by cytodyne technologies. I have never used it, but I saw a guy on it at my gym and he said he used it and i know he had to have been using something.Comment
