        I'm curious to see how your stomach reacts..I can't take creatine, it screws up my stomach like Fuzo's wife's chili does to his stomach...LOL

            I'M ON METRX CREATINE NOW AT 10G A DAY.NO PROBLEMS WITH MY STOMACH.BUT I DROP SOME BOMBS ALL DAY THOUGH.

                hey i sombody told me today that creatine is a form of a steriod, but i dont think so is it?? is that true

                Is it good to be taking it if your 16?

                I just started taking and i use EAS Advant Edge hp creatine plus (strengh series) Ever heard of that it shas

                Sugars 33g (dextrose)
                phosphorous 200 mg (from magnesium phosphate, disodium phosphate, potassium phosphate

                Magnesium 60mg
                sodium (as disodium phosphate) 95mg
                potassium ( as potassium phosphate) 80
                Creatine Monohydrate 5.25g
                taurine 1g

                Im going to start using protien shakes soon, what would you guys suggest?

                Im 16 about 170lbs 6"1

                  No, creatine is NOT a steroid. It is not necessary for you to take at your age as long as you eat plenty of red meat (steak). At your age, you have a ton of testosterone in your bloodstream. Eat big and grow big!

                    ive been on a heavy does of creatine ethyl ester for 10 weeks. FUZO,you will be impressed. give you all the benefits of regular creatine without the puffy look.
                    got some nasty lower back pumps on it too.

                    easy on the stomach as far as ive experienced.
