Flank is the leanest. I get mine at Sam's club. It comes in like 3 or 4 pound packages and I seperate the two flanks. I will usually grill mine or broil it with a rub. I try not to marinade because of the high sodium.I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
