Has anyone tried this? It's supposed to be capsule form? I was debating whether to get the CEE powder or these caps that come with a lot more ingredients.

Caps or powder wont make much of a difference.
Daved150, if creatine mon gives you problems, try CEE, as I retain almost zero water, and dont get stomach problems.I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
