  • cutting up

    after i finish my cycle im on at the mo, im going to need to cut up and shred about 14lb, i plan to do all the hard work in the gym and the cardio but any suggestions on what gear i can take to get ripped up and show off the new muscles i have worked so hard to get?? i've tried clen tabs before but didnt really find them that good. cheers

    well i would sugest dnp, BUT its very dangerous if used wrong, i think just hard work and a good diet will be fine, and you say ur just getting off a cycle use the sauna a few times to shed some water weight what should help.

      i still have 10 weeks to run of this cycle, i've tried cutting up before but have never got that ballance right

        okay well after the cycle, just diet right and do cardio, there are a few supps that head shed water and get rid of bloat, but i cant think of any of the top of my head.


        btw what are you cycling with?

            here is what im taking

            week 1-5 dianabol 30mg ed
            week 1-12 500mg sust 2cc weekly
            week 1-12 400 mg deca 2cc weekly

            like i said im only on week 2 but have already put on 9lbs, so im happy with the progress so far even though it is still early days, im eating clean, and feeling good. Im hoping to gain about 25lb over the 12 weeks, and then maybe shred 14lbs after.

              Exactly as some of the above posts have said, when cutting up, what you eat and proper nutrition is essential.

              You dont want to lose any muscle while your cutting up either.

Eating right is just as hard as working out in the gym at first, maybe even more difficult, until you make it part of your lifestyle...

                if you wanna use gear just run a lower dose of test. no gear (maybe tren) is gonna actually burn fat, just gonna preserve it while you diet to lose the fat. and dnp is not a very good option, u could kill yourself
