i havent done creatine in so long, with all the more "potent" supplements ive been doing, i was just wondering what ya'll think is a good dosage for pre and post workouts?

take creatine ethyl ester at 2-3 grams, 3x a day. morning, 10 minutes prior to WO, and then sometime after.
even bulking vascularity increased and lowerback pumps are killing me.
not alot of info on it out there but it worked for me bigtime and a few others.
cheap and definetly worth a try
