What's the deal with eggs? I eat at least 12-18 hardboiled egg whites per day. Peeling them is a pain in the ass but it's a great form of protein and it's cheap. However, my question is this: Why is it that some eggs (even though they were boiled in the same pot) just don't want to peel correctly? I got so phucking mad today I smashed the hell out of one with my hand (I did feel a little better after that). Out of the 12 I boiled, two just wouldn't peel easily. Instead, the shell peeled off chunks of the egg white along with it, which left me nearly nothing to eat and highly pissed!
