something i came across a while back, i take it with 600mgs of milk thistle on a daily basis when on. My chiropractor (of all people) recommended it to me. he's a holistic type of hippy, more into the cause of the problem thewn cracking bones. He actually knew that i had a previous pancreas problem without me telling him. Plus, he's not trying to push a product bc he gives it to me for free. Anyways, i just thought i would share.
