Question: does green tea have the same effectiveness whether it is drunk hot or cold? I'd like to keep a pitcher of it in my fridge so I don't have to go thru the hassle of brewing it every day, but I also want to make sure it's doing what it's supposed to. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

      Gook,
So, the tabs work just as good as the tea itself?

From what I understand they work better. You'd have to drink an ass load of green tea to get the same of amount of polyphenols from a few tabs. I'll send you a pm of where I get mine from.

Doesn't really matter. Although i find drinking the hot tea is more calming. If your going to make it cold it will taste better if you brew it first with some spearmint tea for flavor. Also yes the tabs a just as good.

hmmm - good to know. I think I am going to try the tea during the winter months, but I'll check out the capsules during the summer (I don't like cold tea) - thanks for the info guys
