What's up guys, just wanted to know from your experances which one is better for 1 AD PCT.

nolvadex is better. oxo is crap. never used it but i heard of people gettin gyno while on it so i assume its crap. plus its OTC

I think he was asking the difference between 6-OXO and Novedex by Gaspari Nutrition. If that's the case, I'd say go with the 6-OXO becasue it's been around a lot longer and it works.

No doubt Nolvadex is far better than either of these but for PCT from a 1-AD cycle, 6-OXO will work fine.

Also, I heve never heard of someone getting gyno from 6-OXO. I'm not saying it's impossible, but highly unlikely.

ya know after i posted it i was thinkin i bet he didn't mean nolvadex. i'm not to familiar with OTC stuff so go with what PN advices

The Nolvadex that Gaspari is selling is not real. 60X0 is sufficient for a 4 week 1-AD cycle. 60X0 won't cause gyno, but if you are using it alone for PCT on a very suppressive cycle than gyno could occur from estrogen levels being too high

no i didn't mean it cause gyno, sorry if i worded it incorrectly. a person was using it as an anti-e while runnin a AAS cycle. and he got gyno. not even sure how true it is, just what i heard. i shouldn't have called it crap just based on that one guys imput

I'm gonna be going on a 4 week cycle of 1 AD with 300gm/day and was wondering what would be a good PCT, wanna keep all the gain that I can, and don't wanna come accross any gyno. Was also wondering are there any sides to just taking 6 oxo, not as a PCT but just taking it so my body naturally ups it's test.

60X0 is sufficient, but Nolvadex is always the better choice. Remember to keep calories high post cycle and training volume low. You could take 60X0 to help raises test levels, but it's not going to offer that much of a benefit and the cost would be high.
