Ok im new to this site, and im 17. I'm only 155-160 lbs (in the Morning) and I think I wanna try to bulk up again. I used to wrestle so I have a wrestlers build i guess you could say. Im relatively strong I guess. I bench press about 260 but I was getting as high as 280 until i stopped doing a lot of flat bench and started focusing more on incline. I wanna push my bench over three hundrend and get pretty big. Ive taken creatine before so I think Ill take it again I got the micronized kind. My question is what I should bulk to...170? Or higher. I got about 12% BF. I was cutting for wrestling and was as low 143 with a 6-pack but my strength went down so i decided to bulk up now. I'm eating all the protein I get and a lot of good carbs and fat. Im getting about 3000+ cals a day. her is a picture of what i look like as of right now...

It depends how tall you are. I'm 5'8 around 188-190lbs. with 16-17% bodyfat. I'm a lot stronger at this weight but I looked alot better at 175lbs 10% bodyfat. Back about 5 years ago when I was in high school and ran track I was 145lbs with 7% bodyfat. I never want to be that small again. My workout partner is 6'1 194lbs with 12% bodyfat but I look much bigger and I'm stronger than he is. But he doesn't want to look like a boybuilder but more like a Calvin Klein model or something. So it all depends on what you want and you decide on how much to bulk to.
