Greetings all! I have a few questions on diet
1) I understand that we should eat foods that are high in fiber. What amount of fiber in food constitutes "high fiber"? Is it an amount or some kind of ratio?
2) I have read the "Hard-core diet" that FUZO posted awhile back. It said to avoid fructose. Would this include avoiding sports drinks like Gatorade which contain fructose (even though it's about the 4th ingredient listed)?
3) On days when I cut, should I avoid carbs, to maximize the fat-burning effects of any cardio work?
