  • cutting diet....please critique

I am trying to plan my cutting diet for the spring/summer. i am currently 200 lbs about 10% bf. This is what I am planning:

    3days with
    200gr. protein(fish, chicken, or steak)
200gr carbs(oatmeal with first 2 meals and 75 gr post workout
50 gr fat (flax oil mostly and steak or fish)

    next three days low carbs
    250gr protein
    50 carbs post workout only
    90 gr fat

    seventh day carbup
    400 carbs
    200 protein
    20 fat

If i use a meal replacement it will be the lean matrix by prolab on moderate carb days. Other supps. will be clenbutryx, vandayl sulfate(this really works for me), and creatine and glutamine.
Please give me any suggestions to improve this plan.

cals are way too low, up your protein to at least 300, 350 on your lowest carb days, day 4-6 you didnt even have 2k cals
i wouldnt go over 300g of carbs on day 7, since your not going extremely low on carbs all week, im sure you are going to do this, but dont workout on day 7

If it would me I would do this:
      200g Pro
      75g dextrose post w.o.
      35g. complex carbs 2 hr's later
10 grams of flax oil with AM, and Afternoon shake. The rest of the day is low-fat. Mostly just Pro.
      Eat this way Sun-Fri

That's about 15-1600 cals a day. If you feel that is too low, add some flax to your morning and noon meal and up the protein a little. Don't up the carbs.

Then on Sat. have a re-feed day to keep you thyroid pumping. Eat 5-6k calories as cleanly as possible. I use a similar diet to cut and I get great results...

      Just my .02
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.
