well guys i have never really "cut down" and i need some help with my diet, my cardio is gonna be in the moring and in the night i need some help here is my diet.....................
1. bout 12 pack of bud light a day!
2. 2 cheese burgers
3. bag of chips
4 a burriot from moes
4 2-3 chili cheese dogs
and some other stuff thats what i eat weekely and i have to change it please help!!!
