    getting ready to plan mine out ,just like to see what everyone is feeding on.

    For my cycle, which is beginning in the morning, I'm shooting for about 5000 clean cals, and about 450-500g protein per day. I'll choose some combination below until I hit my protein quota. After that, if necessary, I'll eat reasonably to get cals up to 5000.

    Check this site out:



    egg whites + 2 whole eggs + lean ground beef + lowfat or fat free cheese + fruit to = 75+ grams of protein

    chicken breasts + cheese+vegetables (75g of protein in the chicken and cheese)

    lean ground chicken, turkey or beef or beef loin steak to = 75+grams of protein + vegetables

    scallops+shrimp+whole grain bread or pasta to = 75+grams of protein

    lowfat cottage cheese (1/2 carton) + container of yogurt + fat free mozaralla cheese sticks to = 75+grams of protein

    repeat any of the above combinations to total seven meals a day (about 2 hours apart)

    drink three isopure protein shakes throughout the day, one the second you stop your workout followed by a meal (get a LARGE dose of protein after your workout)

    eat the cottage cheese meal prior to bed

    Eat lean until you get all of your protein in (500 grams). If you dont' gain fat easily, modify to include more fats and fast foods, etc. to suit your tastes and up your calories.

        I find that when Im bulking I have a hard time eating enough food. My belief is that if you are like me than you need to eat food that you like and make it taste good in order to be able to eat the reguired calories. Dont get me wrong, you still need to be sensible with your choices. But when Im trying to lower my BF %, then I go for more of the sruff I dont like. Its just a mind game I play with myself to keep me on track.
        I try and keep my diet simple. Its easier that way.

        Bulking: I shoot for about 300g of protien a day from whole sources such as fish, chicken, cottage cheese. I read where Blink said in one of his posts that he eats cottage cheese before bed. I do that for the same reason. Protien from milk sources is very slow burning so to speak and it will last you all night long. I get almost all my carbs from mostly Brown rices and whole wheat pastas. Except for pre-workout and post workout. Then I'll have a protien shake before and after workout with about a 1/4 cup of maple syrup in it. That way I get my insulin levels up so that I can transport energy and protien to the muscles better. Also, 3 tbs. of flax oil a day to get the reguried fats.

          The same food even when I'm not bulking;


          Morning:

          10 egg whites
          turkey bacon(real turkey, no fat substance)
          half a tomatoe(with olive oil/black pepper/seasoning)
          2 slices of whole wheat bread
          Protein shake-mixed berries(straw, black, blue and rasb)


          Early lunch:

          Washington Apples(2)
          Oranges(1)
          protein shake

          Lunch:

          Ropa Vieja(shredded beef)
          Veggies(mixed with tuna)

          Dinner:

          Grilled chicken or Salmon/Tilapia
          cauliflower
          carrots
          salad

          Snack before dinner:

          Protein shake


          That's pretty much what I eat all day everyday, not much of a deviation.

            I don't eat clean while bulking, but then I am not freakily shredded like some of you guys.

              mine is pretty simple just so its easier for me since im always on the road,3large meals with 3 shakes in between

              meal 1- 5whole eggs 4egg whites
              4 pieces wheat toast
              5 pieces turkey bacon
              2 pieces cheese
              10 oz whole milk
              1 large orange

              meal 2- mass recovery shake by ABB
              3 peanutbutter jelly sandwiches

              meal 3- steak,or 3 chicken breasts
              2 cups rice(wild)
              salad
              cottage cheese with pineapple and walnuts/rasins

              meal 4- xxl shake 1070 cal by american bodybuilding

              meal 5- same as meal 3 but normally a baked potato loaded

              meal 6-isopure shake
              2 pbj's

                hmmmm nice....u guys just game me some meals!!!! i always have a hard time eaten clean when i'm bulking

                  and if any of you have a hand help computer calorie king has software for it....that with another diet program i have over 15000 foods in the data base.....i just plug my meals and work out in and it calculates everything....its awesome....so easy to keep track of eevrything even when you eat out!!
