    2 Scoops (31g) Met-Rx Rich Chocalate Protein Plus
    2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
    1 8 oz Glass of Milk
    1 Carnation Instand Breakfast Chocalate

    550 Cals
    190 Fat Cals
    44 g Protein
    48 g Carbs


    Tastes is unreal. It tastes like a cold melted reese cup shake that McDonalds should sell.

          i think add some more carbs, also why the fat? it will only slow down the carb absorbtion and protein absorbtion

                I agree.. you dont want the fats post workout, only carbs and protein. I'd suggest to drop the milk as well, save it for a shake later in the day, but not post workout.

                  Toss in a cap full (1/4 teaspoon) of almond extract into that. Makes shakes taste so much better. The combo of peanut butter and almond extract are off the hizzil!
