legislation, s.2195, which classifies prohormones/pro steroids as controlled substances was passed this week by the senate with a unanimous vote. The bill now has to go through congress for their approval, then on to GW bush to be signed. Although it usually is 90 days from when the president signs a bill, to become active, there is a possibility of an emergency enactment that would make it effective the second his sig is on the bill.
