Just got my creatine ethyl ester in for custom nutrition, and im looking forward to the results it will give. Ive heard alot about it, but not much in these forums about it, so ill keep everyone updated on how it works. Right now im taking 3 grams a day. Also if anyone else has tried it, let me know about your gains.
