Hi all, I am a regular user of the usual supplements like creatine, Glutamine..whey etc.. and want to start/graduate to these as I am seeing a plateau,
I need any kind of advice, good or bad regarding 1-TU, i have afriend who used it and I have seen him go from 170 to 210 in like 5 weeks.. and its good muscle, is it going to stay? and he complained of a high blood pressure and aggressive behaviour, wat else are the side effects?
