ordered some no-xplode, because i needed more creatine adn i wanted to try no2, im gonna mis it with some cell tech, so 1 scoop of the no-xplode and 1/2 scoop of cell ttech, i have been swimming and practice is gettin crazy and i feel i need to recover better and i have been off creatine for like 1 month and lost the water weight. ill tell ya how it goes

no2 is like 60 buck a bottle and it last a month, and then i would still have buy creatine, and no matter how much shit is said about muscle tech, yeah its overpriced adn they come out with bull shit statement and magizines, but for me the shit works and i dont really care about the cash, as long as i swim better and gain weight. if u got a better way then help me out bro, i know i can make my own with creatine adn dextro and ala but i dont know the exact measurement adn i already bought one bottle of no-xplode and i got it for 31.99 so its a good deal, i have seen it at 39.99, so i saved some money.Badasz1@Hushmail.comComment

this shit is really good. i have awsome pumps and recover much faster. i feel more enrgized and i up like 3 pounds. if there is anyone who doesnt respond well to regular creatine then try this. def. worth the 31.99Badasz1@Hushmail.comComment
