    30 minutes should be plenty, but I find it takes a good hour for me to really feel it kick in.

          Before workout on an empty sthomach if ur rlly trying to loose weight/cut bf. I cant tell u exactly why, but its something to do with the caffein and ur body tapping into ur fat stores for energy.

            First thing in the AM on an empty stomach doing cardio is fine, but if you lift on an empty stomach expect a piss poor workout, and some serious muscle loss.

              i take mine when i get up (8am), then i take it again 12, then again at 4.

                      It depends on your experience and tolerance.

                      Beginner:
                      8mg E 2 times/day
                      200mg C 2 times/day
                      5mg Y 2 times/day

                      Experienced:
                      25mg E 3 times/day
                      200mg C 3 times/day
                      5mg Y 3 times/day

                      The A isn't necessary. Y is a much better choice.

                          Glad you posted that. I meant 2.5mg for a beginner. Twice a day dosing would be entirely up to you and your workout schedule. Just split it up evenly throughout your day and close to workout so you can reap the benefits. Am I making sense? It's been a long day.
