too many breads in there. You are cutting not bulking on clen. Look for some better carbs like greens (broccoli, green beans spinach etc) and get some good low GI carbs like brown rice and yams. Also keep the starchy carbs for morning s and post workout. I hope you are using Natural PB and not the TFA loaded sugar bombs lik skippy or jif. Also you are starving yourself, up the calories but keep them clean. Here's a sample of what I mean

    meal one
3/4c oatmeal (cooked the real stuff not instant)
low carb protein shake (no chocolate on a cut)

    meal two
1.5c spinach salad no dressing just apple cider vinegar
    can of tuna

    meal three
    2 med chicken breast
1 cup of green beans (a pat of irish butter)

    meal four (pre workout)
    3/4c cottage cheese
    1 med apple

    meal 5 (postworkout)
protein shake w/ maltodextrin immediately after w/o

    meal 6
6-8 oz cut of lean beef or fish fillet
    2 cups of salad

drink at least a gallon of water a day and DO NOT forget to take your vitamins especially taurine, chromium and zinc.

yea i felt it was too many breads too, although all the breads i had were extremely high in fiber. Ive added more veggies (brocillio and green beans.) And brown rice. Thanks for the input. How many carbs are usally in natural peanut butter? I dont feel like im starving myself im struggling to get 1500 cals a day. WHere should most of my fats come from and how many grams a day?
