Okay i am currently running this cylce:
Weeks 1-2: 10mg M1T and 60mcg Clen
Weeks 3-4: 75mg Ephedrine and 600mg Caffeine
Weeks 5-6: 10mg M1T and 60mcg Clen
Weeks 7-8: 75mg Ephedrine and 600mg Caffeine
Weeks 7-10: Nolva @ 40mg, 30mg, 20mg, 20mg and Milk Thistle
My weight when i started was 163 (clothed with shoes), i was benching about 270. Im 5'8. I started this cycle on monday and have been eating very clean. Its day four now and im at 156 clothed with shoes. I'm tryin to get down to 145 for wrestling, My BF is dropping and im starting to notice more definition and my strength hasnt haulted a bit. I'm about 13% or less BF. I was around 14% or so.
ANyways what do u guys think abut this, give me your input and advice...
