Alright, well I just started an 8 week cycle and training routine to prepare for wrestleing this year. My cycle is M1T for 2 weeks, then M4ohn for 4 weeks and m5aa for 4 weeks (the first 2 weeks of m5aa over lap the last 2 of m4ohn). I am also curently training full body 3 times a week (M,T,F). My current stats are...
weight - 194lbs
bench - 225 x 4 or 250 x 1
squat - 225 x 10
deadlifts - 165 x 10
height - 6'2"
arms - 15"
bodyfat - 14.5%
my goals...
weight - 205-210lbs
bench - 275-280lbs
squat - 275 x 8
deadlifts - 225 x 8
height - 6'2"
arms - 16-17"
bodyfat - 12-13%
dont know if ill reach my goals, but ill keep this updated. Started aug 23 will end on oct 17 or so.
