I can't seem to loose fat. I just got done with a 4 week cycle of Triac and guggulsterones. I lost close to 13 lbs. But my bodyfat percentage only dropped 1%. Earlier this year I did the atkins diet and the same result. I lost 8 lbs but only dropped .5% bf. How much weight must I loose to loose about 6% bf. I don't want too loose too much weight, just fat. I was 198lbs at 17%, now I'm 185 at 16%. I'm 5'8" if you're wondering. I would like to cut down to under 10% bf if possible. I ate losts of protein and did cardio. My face and neck got ripped but my love handles are still there. What am I doing wrong?

This was my daily routine for the past couple months. It will change this week due to extra work loads.
My daily routine Monday-Friday. I also drink at least 64oz of water each day, no soda or juice.
5:15am: 40gram protein shake or 6 boiled eggs
9am: 40gram shake
12:30pm: Lunch (chicken and rice or wendy's)
3:00pm: Protein bar (30grams)
5:00pm: cardio for 30-45mins (except for Wed. because it's leg day)
6:00pm: work out (Chest -mon, back-tues, legs-wed, shoulders-thurs, bi's&tri's-Fri)
7:00pm: post workout protein shake 80grams
8:00pm: dinner (rice and chicken or whatever is left over) very small protions though
11:00pm: sleep

FIRST, MINUMUM DRINK A GALLON OF WATER A DAY.THE MORE THE BETTER.2ND GETTING UNDER 10% BF IS HARD UNLESS YOU USE AAS AND HAVE A STRICT DIET.AND YOU SAID YOU EAT AT WENDYS WHAT ARE YOU EATING THERE.IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU R DOING EVERY THING RIGHT. JUST REMEMBER ROME WASNT BUILT IN A DAY.SOME PEOPLE ITS EASIER TO LOOSE BF% THAN OTHERS. KEEP BUSTING ASS AND IN TIME IT WILL COME OFF.I'M SURE ALOT OF US WOULD LIKE TO LOOK LIKE A PRO BB.
