  • Cheat meals...

    Just curious to see what people think about this topic. Do yall think its neccesary to have a cheat me? If so, how often and what do u have as a cheat meal?

    I have a cheat day where I usually eat 1 or 2 cheat meals and eat clean the rest of the day,usually a thick double cheesburger or my favorite dessert cheescake.

        what about ice cream? Ive read contrasting info on cheat meals. Some plople say make it high in carbs and low in fat, others say stuff like chinese food or pizza and beer (which are high in both carbs and fat). Which would be the best for me. Ive been strict dietign for almost a week. I am 13% BF (maybe lower) And i weigh 156 clothed with shoes on. Im 5'8. Would I even need a cheat meal. I dont want to do anything to hault my results. Oh yea Im runnig clen as well
