Vasapro has 200 mg of Guaifenesin ( , can anyone please tell how that helps?
Did a search on it on google and got this:
• Guaifenesin is an expectorant. Guaifenesin loosens phlegm and increases the lubrication of your lungs allowing for a productive cough and decreased chest congestion.
• Guaifenesin is used to reduce chest congestion caused by the common cold, infections, or allergies.
Definitely want the ephedra, but don't know what that is.

ephedrine was/is meant to be for bronchial problems. That is why there is guaifenesin in it. Don't worry about it just stack it like you would straight ephedrine.Mod @ AnabolicMinds.com

there is SIDA CORDIFOLIA as well ( another herb containing ephedrine alkaloids ) which may not be banned & actually sold in England.Comment
