  • No Gains from M1T!

Heres the scoop. I did a 8 week deca/test cycle. I gained around 10 lbs. I took two weeks off and used nolva for pct. Anyways, after two weeks of pct, I started taking m1t by IDS @ 10mgs ed. I also took 4-ad by IDS @ 660mgs ed. I took both for 4 weeks. I got really lethargic during the 1st and second week but thats all I felt from this stuff. I talked to a guy at the vitamin shoppe (who obviously uses gear) and he said maybe my receptor sites are shot from the deca/test cycle. Maybe I didnt wait long enough. What do you guys think? Oh yeah, I did lean up a little during the m1t cycle, might have been my water weight from the gear going away?

10lbs in 8 weeks? That's some pretty small gains while on test. Why did you choose to only do PCT for 2 weeks? You must be shut down hard as hell. You should have at least seen some strength gains and water gains from the m1t & 4AD. I would look to your diet to be the problem.

Most people say time off = time on. 8 weeks on should be followed by 8 weeks off.

I was stupid and listened to some guy at the gym. He was pretty big so I figured he'd steer me right. wrong. I also thought that 10 lbs was kinda weak. I eat ALOT of food. While on I ate 180grams of protein, and ate something everytime I even slightly felt hungry. The only bad thing is I drink alot of soda. Could it be that I just dont respond well to taking gear?

It's too late now, but for future reference long before you even consider using gear or prohormones your diet should be dialed in and flawless. You should know exactly how many calories a day you need to grow, and the macronutrient breakdown that you respond to best.

I would get off the cycles for now, and spend a great deal of time in the nutrition forums. You can gain 10lbs in 8 weeks on a bulking diet.
