Can anyone describe the joint pains they got from M1T? When I first tried M1T i used 20mg each day for 2 weeks with no sides. I started that agin but I have joint pains in my elbow and shoulder (when doing chest) and in my left knee (when doing deadlifts). If i lower it it'll be at 10, but will I see the same results. I love the strengh and pumps from 20mg, will they be the same at 10mg? Should I decrease to 10mg first week then up to 20mg second week? My tabs come in 10mg pills.

You really should have started @ 10mg. Why take more if you don't have to? M1T is a very dry compound. Try supplementing with flax oil to help with the join pain.Mod @ AnabolicMinds.com

Defineatly shouldnt have jumped on at 20mg ed. But luckily u seemed to have no adverse sides:
Anyway. Yes, lower to 10mg. U will still get the same pumps and gains, as it has been proven time and time again (Personal experience for me as well) more does not rlly mean more gains for M1T. So lower to 10mg ED for a week, see if the pain goes away. Try Flax oil if it doesnt.

I just got off of the m1t from IDS. Its in capsule form, 10mgs. I too took 20mgs a day. I started at 10 though. About 2 days after bumping it up to 20, I got insane cramps in my feet and shoulders. I also got pain in my knees. I started taking glucosamine and potassium but it didnt help. I lowered my dose back down to 10 mgs and the cramps subsided. My guess is its just the high dosages, we get greedy sometimes.
