for a first cycle

M-1-T 10mg ED, what would it be best stacked with, i have seen a lot of people use 4-ad, what exactly is that and is that and should you use it with the cycle, i was thinking a 2 or 3 week on and 2 or 3 week off using liver sups the whole time and nolvadex on the off cycle, what would be better 2 or 3 week, is nolvadex legal and where can it be purchased. please let me know what you think, any suggestions and comments are very appreciated

My advice:

Week1: 5mg ED
Week2: 10mg ED
Week3: Nolvadex 20mg ED(Liver supps to)
Week2: Nolvadex 20mg ED(Liver supps to)
Week4: 10mg ED
Week5: 15-20mg ED
Week6: Nolvadex 40mg ED(Liver supps to)
Week7: Nolvadex 20mg ED(Liver supps to)

U could do that, OR just a simple one(s):

Week1: 10mg ED | Week1: 10mg ED
Week2: 15mg ED | Week2: 10mg ED
Week3: 20mg ED |
3 weeks of Nolva/Liver | 2-3 Weeks of Nolva and Liver support


Anyway if u start getting lethargic or u want to be cautious, stack it with 4-ad.

4-AD is mid lvl andro that converts to testosterone. Stacking 4-AD with M1T will lower lethargy and help ur libido as well as an extra kick in ur muscle gains.

Besides that be careful, use liver supps on and off cycle, like Milk Thistle, lots of vitamin C, NAC, and R-ALA. U could also get Hawthorne Berry to keep Blood Pressure low.

After that, creatine, lots of protein, and a multi vit as well. Eat a lot, and get some potassium or taurine if u get lower back pumps.

Anyway, I forgot Nolva. Nolva is cheap, anywhere from 24-50 in liquid form.
