i used to use their whey protein a few years back...love popping a couple of their Dymetadrine Extremes before I workout for that extra boost...they're a reputable company IMO...good products -
I like their whey protein, and I have gotten some good info from their website. Hell, I even look like Skip LaCour now. Er, at least in the respect that we both shave our heads...

i may get flamed for this, but i think extra glutamine is a waste. Ill find the article that talks about the poor absorbtion of oral l-glutamineComment

AST is my favorite. Their Vp2 Whey and Nytro-Pro-40 MRP are the best around I think. They use quality stuff always. It tastes good but not so good you know its loaded with bs sugar and so on. Also neither foam up at all. Some Brands double in volume with a layer of foam that I cant stand. The Vp2 whey is like a super micronized style. It "shakes" into milk and water like silk. No lumps - no foam, and its not thick at all - Very easy to slam. They have updated and changed the Vp2 twice now and Ive had all the stages. They always improve its taste and mixability while keeping the same content.
