I started my m1t 2 week on 2 week off cycle today
Starting weight 160
8% body fat
Diet-about 3500 calories
Protein-3 shakes with 2 scoops of ON 100% whey- chicken breast, tuna, and egg whites
Fat- I try to choose foods that are low in fat
Carbs- preworkout and i try not to eat them after 8 pm
-My goal is to put on 5 pounds i will be takin 10mg/day.
