Well ive been on a "cutting" type cycle. Ive built alot of mass, and have my share of fat. Im defineatly not far off from being able to be called "cut" or "ripped" so lately ive been looking to get there. Ive cut my calories way back, as well as fats/carbs. Ive been running long distance + football practice(more running) and doing alot of supersets/lightweight.
For supps all I have been using is Minimum dose of stacker 3, and Protein(High 5, 0 carb, low calorie)
Ive lost about 8 pounds in 2 weeks and retained most of my muscle. I like what im seeing so far but im rdy to up it a bit
I went down to my local max muscle just exploring whats out there right now and Methyl-D was suggested to me for getting hard and lean. I had heard a little bit about it prior to this and I decided after a discussion with the guy, Id buy it.
So as of right now for my cutting, im doing 30 mins of cardio in the gym, 2 hours fb practice a day, and lightweight superset lifting.
Im going to begin stacking 1 stacker3 pill with 1 MethylD in the morning before my workout. Consume my protein throughout the day and my food, and go to football.
After a week imma do 1 Stacker + 2 Methyl before the gym, and then 1 stacker + 1 methyl b4 football.(Football is later in the day)
Just kinda throwing ideas out, let me know what u think and what u know about this product.
