A bunch of junk! Some fancy names for some underdosed PHs. Some creatine made out to be something special. I could go on and on. It's a newbie's dream when reading it, but if you look at what is really in it, you should avoid it at all costs.

Im going to agree with MP, the second I saw it in mags, I knew it was just another regular PH. Im not saying to much about it, but when its all hyped out and the name of it..on and off...and even mid cycle...Blah
