Going to be starting a new cycle soon:
16 weeks Tren / Prop / T3
Weeks 1-5 w/ Dbol
Weeks 11-16 w/ winny
My diet is all over the place, I am doing the following:
7:30am 1- 6 eggs (3 whole / 3 whites) w/cheese
10:00am 2- Metrx Meal replacement shake w/ 8oz of Cranberry juice
12:00 pm 3- Quizno's Tuna on Wheat (Regular)
5-7 workout
730pm 4- Dinner (Pasta & Chicken, Chicken w/ mashed, Meat w/ mashed, etc.
Then that is it .. Now i have recently dropped out the 10am shake and feel like I have been gaining weight. Nothing else has changed with the amount I eat. Given what you see above, can anyone make suggestions that are livable / doable?
I am currently:
25
260
18-19%BF
6' 2"
My end goal is to be 10-12% BF, and i want to be able to maintain it. I don't want something that will allow me to drop the weight and then when I go back to normal, i put it on again. I want something that I will be able to do for ever.
My lifting is usually heavy and I have been trying to run after my works for 20 min. I workout 5 days a week (Leg night i don't run)
Any help you provide i appreciate, this is my last real hurdle and i am having a very hard time with it. And BTW 2.5 years ago i dropped 100 pounds, i think that is what is making this dieting harder, to do it i ain't nothing but chicken and baked potatoes and ran an hour a day. So needless to say i am sick of that type of living.
