Hi , i was wondering if i could get some help with dieting while i workout ,
my goal is to shed the fat on my body and get some muscle b4 the summer actually hits ,
im 6'4 , 170lbs and im very determined to work out but the dieting part is a problem , im all over the place
if someone knows a good diet schedule or plan could they help me out? seeing that im only 19 , i rarely can have a steak or cookn chicken without sometn cookn it for me or at dinner :s
so i try to buy foods that i can make or eat right away!
and if anyone has a good workout/training plan , they could post
