  • Need help with a good diet

    Okay so heres the deal, im about 12% BF, I've tried diets, thermogenics, just about everything. I cant seem to shred off the rest I want. I just want to be able to see my abs, and looked ripped. I eat 6 meals a day but I'm still not getting enough calories. I weight 150 pounds. Im not too sure how many calories to consume and how much cardio. I lift 5-6 times a week. I get atleast 1 gram of protein per pound of my weight. Im lost when trying to figure out how much fat and carbs and from what foods to get it from. ANY help would be so greatly appreciated. List of healthy foods, a diet plan maybe, suggestions that worked for you. Try to be specific as possible. Thanks

    why you cutting at 150lbs,just asking what physique your after?

      I want to be ripped and be able to see my lower abs, all in all i want to get to 8%BF but not loose any muscle mass
