Ok i just came back from the nutritionist and here is what went down
1-she added a sixth meal(yeah) its only 20-30 grams of protien so i can have a shake or 4oz or chicken,fish, or turkey. The shakes can be a whey one or MetRx RTD lite or Myoplex Carb Sense Drinks
2-My BF is down to 35%
3-On meal five she said instead of 6oz of protien i could have 4oz and have a Carb Coutdown Yogurt for a dessert.
4-I asked if i could increase my Cardio and she siad maybe an extra 10 minutes extra every other day. She is afraid that since my lifting program is centered around keeping my lbm(221) and not aining mass that by doing too much cardio could hurt that
5-i am carrying 119lbs of fat
6-Suggested South Beach Menu book for some recepies so i dont grow tired of the same thing. See i am so stupid i wasnt thinking that i could make a meatloaf and have one from each group of protien, carb and fat in their.
7-I go back i a month because she feels that i am committed and dont need to be seen every two weeks. All i have to do is email her once a week with my thoughts and my link to my fitday site
