ok, since Coffee is a diuretic what exactly is a diueritc, I heard it flushes out all your body chemicals , is this true, sometimes I take my daily Multi around or within one or two hours after drinking morning coffee, then lunchtime and afterwork cofffe also, I am worried that maybe my daily Muti vitamin might go to waist since Coffee is in my diet.

Right off the top of my head, I know that caffeine will keep your body from absorbing the iron in multi vitamins. But where as your taking your multi an hour or two later, I don't think that it should be a problem.
I know that I had recently contacted Beverly Nut. about drinking my morning coffee, and taking their Muscle Synergy, which is supposed to be taken on an empty stomach. They told me that the coffee wouldn't effect it.
So maybe your good?
