Im currenly 12% BF and want to be at 8%. I have a clean diet with 1g+ protein per bodyweight and enough carbs and fat. I just ran 2 weeks M1T and went down in bodyfat and up in muscle mass. Strength increased and I experienced no sides. Muscles def. got bigger. Running PCT with 6-oxo, milk thistle and ripped fuel extreme. Then planning on doing another 2 weeks M1T and another 2 weeks PCT. Just wondering how close I will be to my goal if I maintain my diet, workout 5 times a week with cardio on my off days (2 times a week) for 20-30 min, then 3 times a week on PCT 20-30 min. Im trying to increase strength and build muscle but shred off 4% BF. Anyone think it can be done running that type of cycle? Any suggestions of a better cycle for next time? Please respond. Also should I keep it at 10mg M1T? I was runnin 20mg with no sides. Just wondering if the extra 10mg was a waste. All I know is that i got tremendous gains from M1T.
