I have curently just got off a cycle of M1T by itself. I had been lifting for almost two years and had tried things like creatine, glutamine, hydroxycut, xenadrine, and numerous proteins. (I still take whey and multi vitamins). I was recommended to try M1T by a good friend at my gym. He used it and seemed to get great gains. So I did my research and gave it a try. Before the cycle I was about 147 lbs. 13% bodyfat and 5'8. My bench was stuck at 230lbs. I started my cycle two weeks ago at 20mg a day. I noticed no sides except a lil' lethargy but nothing too bad. I noticed pumps about the 3rd day and noticed a leaner look throughout the whole cylce. Now im at 154lbs, 12% bodyfat, and my bench is at 245lbs. I eat about 2500-3000cal a day, mostly from protein, enough carbs, and enough fat. For the next two weeks my PCT will be 6-oxo @ 600 then midway through @300, also milk thistle, and i was thinking of throwing in some ripped fuel extreme. My ultimate goal is to get down to <8% bodyfat, and be ripped. Any suggestions on a better route to go next time? Or is this a pretty good cycle that I should be able to do and see results. So far im satisfied but im just wondering if there was a better and quicker way to achieve my goals. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.
