  • M1T Questions...

    I have curently just got off a cycle of M1T by itself. I had been lifting for almost two years and had tried things like creatine, glutamine, hydroxycut, xenadrine, and numerous proteins. (I still take whey and multi vitamins). I was recommended to try M1T by a good friend at my gym. He used it and seemed to get great gains. So I did my research and gave it a try. Before the cycle I was about 147 lbs. 13% bodyfat and 5'8. My bench was stuck at 230lbs. I started my cycle two weeks ago at 20mg a day. I noticed no sides except a lil' lethargy but nothing too bad. I noticed pumps about the 3rd day and noticed a leaner look throughout the whole cylce. Now im at 154lbs, 12% bodyfat, and my bench is at 245lbs. I eat about 2500-3000cal a day, mostly from protein, enough carbs, and enough fat. For the next two weeks my PCT will be 6-oxo @ 600 then midway through @300, also milk thistle, and i was thinking of throwing in some ripped fuel extreme. My ultimate goal is to get down to <8% bodyfat, and be ripped. Any suggestions on a better route to go next time? Or is this a pretty good cycle that I should be able to do and see results. So far im satisfied but im just wondering if there was a better and quicker way to achieve my goals. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

    For post cycle you should
    Get Nolvadex instead of 60X0
    Keep calories high, especially EFAs and training low

    I would have started at 10mg. 20mg is way too high for someone that has never done a cycle. I'm glad you didn't have any adverse effects. Although the future may tell a different story.

      So u think its unnecesary to go above 10mg for my next cycle? Also I got another question, when is the best time to take everything during PCT? The milk thistle is supposed to be two a day, vitimans are 2 a day, and ripped fuel extreme is 2 a day twice. Ive read that milk thistle effects absorption or somthing, or is that only with Methylated products, I have been taking 1 vitamin at morning and at night along with 1 cap of milk thistle in the morining and one at night. I also take the ripped fuel 1 in the morning and 1 mid afternoon and 600 of 6-oxo at night with dinner. Are those good times to take that, do u recomend somthing that'll work better, I just want to get the full effect of everything. Also do u think ill be down to 8% BF, if i keep running this cycle 2 weeks on M1T 2 weeks PCT then another 2 weeks M1T and 2 weeks PCT? Is there anything youd recomend that may be better to obtain my goal of 8% BF, i should this work if I keep my cals up and keep working out. Should I even do cardio? I was doing cardio for a while but right now I seem to be loosing more bf by taking M1T and eating like a horse. Thanks.

        I would take the Milk Thistle & Ripped Fuel in the morning and afternoon, the 60X0 at night. It has only been theorized that Milk Thistle hinders absorption. There isn't any hard data on it, but IMO it's better to be safe than sorry.

        The most important factor in reaching 8% is going to be your diet and rest. Running 2 week cycle two times will require a 4 week off period after your second run. I would consider perhaps a 4 week run of M1T since you seem to be like me and haven't experienced many sides.

        Clenbuterol is a good choice to run during post cycle to help with catabolism and fat burning, but it is an illegal substance, so I'm not sure if you want to go that route.

        Yes of course you should do cardio although @ 20mg I couldn't imagine trying to. I had all I could do to deal with the calve cramps on 10mg.

          thanks for the input, Its a lil too late to do 4 weeks of M1T since I allready started my PCT, ill have to do that next time. So after my next 2 week cycle of M1T, I take 4 weeks PCT? Also how do I go about getting clenbuterol? And how much does it cost?

                    Okay Im back to give more info on my progress. I've got one more week of PCT with 6oxo and ripped fuel. The ripped fuel is maintaing my BF% and weight. Im 151 lbs still 12% BF. Still eating pretty big because im still trying to increase size and strength and keep BF down. I maxed at 250 on bench today and got it with no struggle. SO gains still occuring and I still feel pumped. Bought an MP3 player which pumps me up too. Next week im goin on m1t again for 2 weeks, then goin on clenbuterol and ephedrine HCL along with novla for 2 weeks. I seem to be loosing BF quickly so I think I'll be around 10% after using the clen and Ephedrine HCL. Keeping diet clean, calories high, and will start heavy cardio when I start the clen cycle. Seem like a good plan? Any suggestions welcome.

                          No sorry that was supposed to be an OR. I never got either of them though. I Have two more days left of my cycle. I'm benching around 265. Pumps are still there. No lethary on the second cycle. No aggression. No side effects at all. Diet has been clean. I'm looking more "ripped" but cant seem to shed off that fat around my lower abs. I'm upping cardio next week and taking milk thistle and nolva. Ill keep yall updated with my results.

                            Lower abs are always the hardest, its disapearing U just cant totally see it yet Concentrate on that area a lil more when working ur core/mid section.

                            Just curious what brand/type of MT1 did u use?
