  • Further chest fat question....

    Further to the last thread that i posted titled "CHEST FAT....that needs to go" i would like to ask if there are certain signs that a person DOES NOT have gynecomastia, and therefore his puffing out of the nipples is just due to chest fat. So are there such signs that a person DOES NOT have gynecomastia?

    I had talked about the fact that when my nipples are hard (most probably because they are exposed to cold) my chest looks normal. I had heard that this is a sign meaning that I DO NOT have gynecomastia. However, in the replies to my last thread i received one reply saying that this is a sign that i have gyno and one reply saying that it is a sign that i don't have gyno. Two very contradictory replies.

    Can someone tell me with absolute certainty if the fact that when my nipples are hard my chest looks normal, means that i DO have gyno, or that i DON'T have gyno, or that it doesn't mean anything at all (could either be gyno or chest fat)?

    oh ya, how do i count my bodyfat? If i visited a random gym and asked them to count my bodyfat for a fee would they do it?

      they might do that, but I don't think they'd charge you for it, unless they were hurtin' for money.... I agree with the above statement; just go to the doctor. It's only gonna cost you the price of a visit unless you actually have it & while you're there, ask em' to check your bf %. Two birds w/ one stone....Shiner

        Most likely you do have gyno, It's a verry common thing. 90% of the time it goes away in 3yrs. Some it doesnt at all. No matter how hard u try to workout ur chest the extra fat deposit wont go away because of glandular in there. I may be wrong but im leaning towards glandular. If you can give me pics ill be able to tell forsure if it is or not.

        I have gyno, thats why i know about it im 15. When im cold my nips look fine. But when there hott they swell up.

          I will try to send you pics at your email address when i take some pics. I don't owe a digital camera now, so i will have to borrow one or buy one (which i wanted to do anyway.) I hope to send you the pics soon, within the next 2 weeks.

            i have the same prob, i went to the docs last year and he told me that it is just fat its not gyno, he knows i was on juice than and said it def wasnt, i stopped lifting for a couple months and it got worse cuz fat built up there, i'm startin to diet hardcore and lift/running agin and its startin to go down again

              Another gyno thread. Quit playing with your Phucking nipples! Some will never get rid of the droop (NOT GYNO) until the bodyfat gets extremely low. Do you have fat around the waist? Do you have fat on your glutes? Chest? If yes to all , then you will never know how your chest will ever really look like. When I bulk, and I mean bulk, my body fat stores first in the glutes, waist, and then chest. All the water, fat, and stretching of the skin from the extreme mass is going to cause that droopy nipple look. I am a lucky one. My buddy gets the droopy, pointy, ***** titty looking nips, because he likes to get his bodyfat way up for max gains, but when he starts his cardio say good bye and has an awesome rounded chest. Which alot of the first cycle bulkers that put some bodyfat on get all freaked out on the pointy nipples. That is why when coming off that first cycle take precautions on the diet so you don't Phuckin play twisters with your nipples. If your a porker, get the body fat down and see what your muscles look like before you start any cycle. JMO Lots of the young bro's have fat deposits and water retention. Stay on a strict diet and beef up the cardio "slowly" and you might get a big smile on your face.
