Hi everyone. I am 20 years old, 6'0'' 160lbs. The problem is that i have excess fat on my chest, focused around the nipples. Because of that, i do not feel comfortable wearing tight fit t-shirts, sleaveless t-shirts and the like, because it just doesn't look nice having to show my "tits." And that costs me a lot, since i otherwise have a nice upperbody, which i cannot display by wearing those tight-fit t-shirts/shirts. Any good advice from someone who knows his stuff (fitness trainer, doctor or whoever else thinks he knows) would be very much invited about how to get rid of that chest fat, which is so annoying to have...

Do you have gynecomastia? If you can feel a hard lump when u push on ur nipples or if they puff out, or when theere cold they look normal u most likely do. Theres no amount of workout that will get it gone. Tons of men have this so dont worry. It's mainly from puberty when u where younger. If you have had it that long.(thats if you have it.) It probally wont go away. You will need to make a doctors appointment with your doctor. The only way out is surgery. which is about 2800,5000$.

Hulk, thanks for your reply.
I am not sure about the hard lump you are taking about, but yes my nipples puff out under normal circumstances and my chest looks just perfect when my nipples get cold. For example, if i put an ice cube on my nipples for a few seconds, my chest afterwards looks just right with no puffed out nipples or anything. But are you 100% sure that the "nipples not puffing out when cold" is a sign of gynecomastia?" I thought it was actually the opposite, that when your nipples don't puff out when cold it means that you do NOT have gynecomastia.
I have had it for a few years now from what i recall (i am now 20 years old), so it could actually be since puberty age.
However, if it is really gynecomastia, is surgery the only way out of it? I have heard that there are some gels used in the cases of gynecomastia, like lipoderm Y. Or is that gel used in cases OTHER THAN gynecomastia?
Thanks in advance,
