    GIVE FUZO A SCHEDULE FOOD PLAN. I'M ABOUT TO START CUTTING IN A WEEK,ANAVAR,PROP,CLEN/ECA. ALWAYS JUST TRIED TO EAT HEALTHY WHILE CUTTING BUT I NEVER REALLY SEEMED TO GET THERE.REALLY NEED SOME ONE TO TELL ME WHAT TO EAT FOR 6WEEKS.

    i will post my diet i am also cutting

    breakfast 6:30a:
    8-10 egg whites 2 strips of turkey bacon and a slice of 100% whole wheat bread with a table spoon of natty PB.

    that is the big meal of the day to get started

    snack 9:30a:
    can of albacore tuna (higher in protein thna reg tuna) chicken or a chicken breast i cooked the night before.

    lunch 12:30p:
    a healthy request TV dinner i dont eat the desert and 1 scoop of protein in soy or lactose free milk with flax oil

    snack 3:30p:
    same as first snack with a low fat granola bar or lite yogurt

    post workout shake 6:15p
    2 scoops optimum protein and 50 grams dextrose

    dinner 7:30p:
    normally grilled fish chicken or lean steak with veggies all low carb sorry no potatos or pasta

    last meal 9:30p: 1 heaping scoop of protein blend in lactose free milk

    bed 11:00pm

    well hope this helps it is not hard core but it works for me i find the more flexible i keep my diet the better i can stick to it.
