I started lifting on a serious level about 8 or 9 months ago, i have lots wieght and have gained a decent amount of muscle mass. Im still trying to lose about 5lbs fat and gain muscle. I want to raise my work out to another level. Can any one tell me anything on stacking l-glutamine and betagen? good idea? bad? etc.... Thanks.

betagen has HMB if i am not mistaken. save your money you wont see much dif i have tried it and didnt notice anything.
i like BCAAs 4-5 grams before training it keeps your body anti catabolic and spares muscle every little bit counts and besides protein and creatine its the only other sup i use
