    right now im at about 13-15% bf............id like to be in single digits by my birthday(may 28)...... right now im eating 6 times a day probaly around 2000 calories......30 min. cardio 4-5 times a week(4miles per hour...3 incline on treadmill)

    i need advice here..... how would a low carb diet work for shedding this last bit of fat without sacrificing muscle....any help would be appreciated......

    Hey man it looks like we have about the same goals as im trying to reach my leaness by may 30(my b-day). Make sure that you are taking in a ton of protein and try and take in all of your carbs before like 4 pm unless you workout in the evening then just have a little after your workout. Make sure you get in plenty of healthy fats everyday( I like peanut butter). The high protein low carb diet has been working good for me. I have been losing good amounts of weight and not to much strength. A lot of protein will help you keep from losing to much muscle. You may want to shoot for about 2150-2200 calories a day and about 300g protein a day. IM not sure on how much you weigh and your stats but that's about what i take in and im 245.
