christ..i dunno about you guys I have tough ass time keeping sodium intake down. EVERYTHING has sodium...and getting all my calories without the sodium aint fuckin easy. Can anyone suggest any foods to stay away from or stick too or any other tips to keep sodium intake down. I was also wondering how much sodium I should be eating a day approx? im 188 6'1 and dont take any supplements/juice other then whey protein of course...any help is appreciated!
