im trying to design a fat loss stack for my wife.........she cant handle ephedrine.........her main problem is her appetite and lack of willpower.......what are the best appetite supressants other than ephedrine........?????

Many people use nicotine gum to help with appetite suppression during a cutting phase. My honest opinion is that it's retarded to use. You are playing with fire, but many people report they do not get hooked on it.

Try Trim Spa.... it's ephedra free, and works pretty well without giving you the shakes. Don't know about Nicotine, but if you're really desperate, try Nicorette. That stuff kills my appetite every time, but it takes like caca.
