Its supposed to increase bloodflow, ie increase hardness. I tried it there is no diff in using or not using. So, IMO it doesn't work. Try some good brand trib and alittle proviron.

FYI, get a hold of some peptides or proteins containing lots of Arg, your body absorbs peptides much better than amino acids alone.
