  • help me bust through diet plateau!!!!

    hi guys.......i started back in the gym dec 1......ive lost about 30 pds....im 5'8' 165 ....14-15% bf........

    my diet is very clean...........i train 3-4 times a week and do cardio 4-5 days a week........my cardio consists of 30-35 minutes on the treadmill at 4miles and hour at a level 3 incline...........my goal is to be under 10 percent by the end of may..........

    i supplement with an eca stack..........please give me some ideas on how to kick start my fat loss without sacrificing muscel>.........

    Congrat's on the fat loss, and I wouldn't rush it. You asked the hardest question in the least amount of time. I would continue what your doing and don't skimp on the protein so you can maintain or gain muscle.
